How it works
Four steps between the priest's schedule and the reminder on a volunteer's phone.
- 01
Register churches, ministries and members
Main church and chapels, each ministry with its volunteers. Once only — after that it is just upkeep.
- 02
Import the priest's schedule or add the Masses
Upload the PDF or a photo and let AI extract the times, or add them manually with weekly recurrence.
- 03
Collect availability through the public link
Share one link in the ministry group. Each volunteer marks their days and chapels; the form closes on the deadline.
- 04
Generate the roster with AI and notify everyone
The roster comes out balanced and clash-free. Review it, publish it, and WhatsApp handles the reminders.
Artificial intelligence at the service of the liturgy
The hardest roster of the month, solved in one click
Vocare Ordo's AI reads each volunteer's availability, knows the Masses at every chapel and distributes the roles fairly — without always picking the same people and without rostering anyone who already said they cannot serve.
Generate my first roster- Respects the availability each volunteer declared
- Understands that the main church and every chapel have their own Masses
- Balances the load across the month among everyone in the ministry
- Flags clashes and open slots before you publish
Does your parish speak more than one language? So do we
Vocare Ordo is available in seven languages. Every volunteer uses the availability form in their own language, while the coordination team works in theirs.
Interface, forms and WhatsApp messages, all translated.

Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, get in touch.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 7-day trial starts without a card. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue after the free period.
Do volunteers need to create an account?
No. They receive a public availability link, mark the days they can serve, and that is it. Accounts are only for administrators and coordinators.
How does importing the priest's schedule work?
You upload the file you already receive today — PDF, photo or pasted text — and the AI identifies dates, times and locations. You review and confirm before saving.
Are the WhatsApp messages automatic?
Yes. Reminders go out the afternoon before for morning Masses and the same morning for afternoon and evening Masses. The text is editable and includes a button to reach the coordination team.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp number?
No. The parish connects the WhatsApp number it already uses and the system handles the rest — nothing to install and no technical setup.
Our parish has several chapels. Can it handle that?
Yes — that is the most common case. Each chapel has its own Masses and times, and volunteers indicate which locations they can serve.
What if someone rostered can no longer serve?
The roster can be edited at any time, and the system flags any conflict between the published roster and declared availability.
How is volunteer data handled?
We store only what is needed to build the roster and send reminders, following LGPD and GDPR. The data belongs to the parish and can be exported or deleted.
